How do I book a Theory Test?
First find which is the nearest or most convenient test centre. The test can also be booked on line with the DSA. You will need a valid UK driving license and debit/credit card for payment when making the booking.

When you go to the test centre for your test, you must take with you.
  • Your appointment Letter.
  • Your valid signed UK driving license. If you do not have a photographic license you must bring acceptable photographic evidence of your identity, eg a passport.
How do I book the Practical Test?
Its best not to apply for your Practical Test until your Instructor tells you when you are ready. There is usually a waiting time, this varies from place to place but can range from a few weeks to a few months...

The practical test can be taken in some centres on a Saturday or later in the Evening but at an extra cost.

The practical test can be booked on-line at the DSA but to book you must have to hand your
  • valid uk driving license number.
  • theory test pass certificate.
  • valid debit or credit card for payment.
